When reporting a problem please include your customer name, e-mail address, phone number, domain name or IP address and that of your web proxy server if used.

Streaming Media Support

Your proxy must be able to support streaming media. The minimum requirement is enabling RMTP requests over Port 80. Additionally enabling MMS access over port 1755 (TCP and UDP if possible) allows more efficient Windows Media Player streaming than Port 80. Please contact your vendor for further information.
